Each hanger is solid mahogany with a polyurethane mahogany stain and clear enamel sprayed on them to protect your quilt from the wood.

Need more than a pair? Each hanger should be no more than about 36" apart from each other. So if you have a large quilt to hang, you'll need another hanger in the middle of your quilt to prevent a "sag" in the middle of your quilt and slight pulling on the quilt.
