Grain and lightness/darkness of oak may differ slightly than image shown as each is hand crafted and each piece of oak has it's own unique characteristics. Each hanger is lightly sprayed with a clear enamel to protect your quilt from the wood. These hangers should be no more than 24" to 36" from each other so you don't have sagging or pulling on your quilt. Place an additional hanger in the middle of your quilt if it is more than 36" wide.
